cream easter eggs
Cream Easter Eggs
Just experimenting with the chocolate meltables again. These are white chocolate easter eggs filled with a delicious cream jello. The exact flavor of cream jello is something we are going to use for an upcoming shot (we just made these eggs with the excess), so I don't want to spoil the surprise.

St. Patrick's Day Past
St. Patrick's Day
Past
Creations from the last two years.
Guinness and Vodka, with a Irish Cream "float".
Irish Breakfast Tea, with whiskey, irish cream, with rose whipped cream and sugar pearls.
Vanilla and almond, with edible glitter. An early, and not so practical creation.
Green tea infused vodka, with sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
An early one, like the Pot o' Gold, that we should probably revisit. Stay tuunnnned.

Bleeding Heart
Bleeding Heart
Strawberrys and cream jello shot with a touch of rose flavoring, filled with chocolate syrup.
Love these metal cocktail picks. not really practical for serving the jello shots, too much bloodletting! Cool effect, though.
There is actually less than a teaspoon of chocolate syrup in each heart.

Kawaii Smartie Jello Shot from My Jello Americans on Vimeo.
Kawaii Smartie Skulls!
These skulls are similar in appearance, but different in technique to the Frida Kahlo Sugar skull made earlier in the year, and-are-our third skull themed jello shot.
